Refund Policy -
At I am Blanche Smith, We take great pride in delivering exceptional event design services. Because each event is customized and requires significant planning coordination and upfront costs all payments are subject to the following policy.
Deposits and Retainers
* All deposits/ retainers are non-refundable. They secure your date and cover initial planning and design work.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 14 days of booking may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit amount.
Cancellations made after 14 days of booking are non-refundable but payments may be applied as a credit toward a future event within 12 month ( at our discretion).
Rescheduling
Should you need to reschedule , we will make every effort to accomodate your newdate. Rescheduling is subject toavailability and may incur additional fees.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
